yes it is packed but after unpacking the dll uses
a hash to the functions using the key supplied by
him .. so when it writes these functions to diablo
he does a check to see if the correct bytes have
been written, and since you need the key to remove
the "hashed procedures/functions" they wont work.

Get the free maphacks that are out they work fine
as I am sure thats what you want this for

the DLL is packed with aspack .. easy to unpack as there
are alot of tuts on this.

the 2 exe's are telock also easy to unpack and even
has an unpacker that works for this version.

As for stopping the dll put a CC on the oep when it loads
rewrite the CC with 60 or do as Ricardo suggested that
works fine with the loading of this DLL. And 1 other thing
you need todo.. the reason it is not loading this dll it is
looking for the D2MAPHACK.KEY file and this must be at
least 256 bytes in length.
