Which is the version and date of NTOSKRNL.EXE (System32 directory) that you have ?

5.1.2600.2622 dated March 2nd, 2005. (much older than the OSINFO.DAT file or the NVIDIA drivers)

Edit:
I just checked the newest NVIDIA drivers 84.12 BETA: Still the same problem. :(
