Perhaps it is a reference to a "TV" show in the U.S.

"NCIS" stands for Naval Criminal Investivation Service. It's sort of a military crime investigation show.

i just want to say hello to everybody and thank you for letting me join (and a really, really big thank you to the admin who approved my first post and upgraded my status to trial member, @ahmadmansoor were it you?)

but i still have a question: why does my postings at the dongle section do not increment my post counter?

There is something in one of the modifications which have been added to the Forums which is interfering with the post count update function. I run it and it doesn't actually seem to be working.

Maybe the vBulletin site will have some information on how to fix it, if I can find the time to do a search.
