how to install numega driver studio 2.6

hi:)
I am a newbie. I have downloaded 34MB data from the link suggested by Chaoslord (XCV).All the unzipped files were having
extensions as .c00 c01.....
Please help me in installing this tool

it seems to be packed by WinAce - you must firstly unpack and then install
