aplib plugin for Olly?
 

I have searched and noticed a plugin for IDA exists, but how about for OllyDebug?

you really don't need such thing for olly, as you can stepover aplib decompression routine and have data unpacked in a second. IDA plugin is however useful when reversing statically packed protector or malware :)
