MackT's Import Reconstructor 1.4.2

I have version 1.3 and I found a Chinese version 1.4.2 of this fine tool. Does an English version 1.4.2 or greater exist and if so where can I find it? I know this is a B/S kind of request for this forum but I have searched a lot and can't find it.
