Autodesk has seriously blocked his 32 bit installers to work in 64 bit operating systems for some marketing reasons.

This patch can be used to apply the required changes to your autocad 2010 or 2011 (32 bit) installer MSI to be compatible with 64 bit windows operating systems (XP, Vista, Seven).

It can also patch other Autodesk 32 bit installers as well.

copy installation files from installation dvd to your hard drive.
locate acad.msi and place the patch file beside it, run and click patch button.

Now you'll be able to use your installer in 64 bit windows.
