i have been able to post this only after a long search
for adequate proxy :confused:

and again :o

i don't want to be pushy,
but are you aware of being virtually cut out of the world ?
only 211.xxx.xxx.xxx proxies will do, and even that doesn't help much with disabled passive mode ftp
