try to use linux command line tools like xz, 7z, lzma
also it's a good idea to ask linux to identify the file using commands like file or magic

I tried "7z, lzma" on windows, both failed.

file test.tclz
test.tclz: data

I send you a sample .tclz file with PM, would you please help to have a look?

Many thanks,

The issue solved. I'd like to express my special thanks to sendersu, without his guidanceit's impossible for me to understand it in short time. Also, thank you for your patience on some of my junior questions.

Now, I close this thread.
