mega.co.nz
Hi all, anyone know about this site - mega.co.nz - I started to D/L an item yesterday and power went off @ around 2GB. Now I am 2GB disk space less but cant find where the thing has dumped the file, I dont even know a name or extension either.
Any help here will be greatly appreciated......:) BTW dont suggest system restore, the disk had become virtually full and suspended the service, so no restore points.... |
in the temp of your browser?
aka browsers temporary files location? dunno what's yours but it should be there ;) |

try with go to control panel ==> folder option then check "Show hidden filles and folders"
you will see where is |
You can use search in windows and look for files bigger than say 1 GB.

well if it's a single file, try to search in the whole hd a file with a big size dated of yesterday.
ugly method but it may work at least it helped me times ago when i were young. |
I"ve seen the internals of downloaded files from mega.co.nz
it creates separate dir in your profile and then started to downloads chungs each of which is of 1 MB in size there is also a sqlite(!?) database that keep it all together I'm not sure how are you going to put it all together, mate.... better reget it once again Note: if you want to get 2 GB by that service, you need at least 2x2 GB in space |
