I guess you didn't spot that ALL NEW POSTERS- READ THE POSTING RULES AND PROMOTION GUIDELINES THREAD! below the General Discussion link - it's probably not printed BOLD enough.
Maybe we should also change the font size too to catch your attention, eg. READ THE POSTING RULES...
Right at the top of this page you'll also find a sticky with the pregnant words WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD ANYTHING???
If you really want to participate in this forum you should start posting something more substantial instead of focusing your efforts on short one-liners...

I really dislike such kind of post but it comes often.

For those who has no ability to read forum rules and has no ability to search for the answer, I think he is not qualified to be a member of EXETOOLS.
He is allowed to view our forum as a guest.

Exetools is a place to share tools and experience.
It is not good to encourage those people who says "Oh, my time is more precious than yours, so I do not want to search the forum, please go search and bring me the result." or "No, I do not want to share tools or experience, I just want to download."

This time, I will just ban him and leave this thread here so that other people can see how important it is to respect forum rules and respect other members.

Maybe for registration the new user must have a longer trial and some basic IT related questions like a MD5 hash from a string or a Base64 encode etc....

Don't let the ladies fool ya, size DOES matter :D
