It uses detours and I would like to see how it works.

(pls don't post the tuts4you link, the app isn't in the archive, only PDFs)

I think that the plugin never was released to the public, only the documentation. Maybe you have luck contacting one of the original authors of the plugin (Jason Raber). You can get his mail and other info at:
