WINE

Use Wine.

Wine is a Windows Emulator for linux.

There's also Winex available which is especially designed to run Direct 3D windows games under linux ;)

As ArC said use Wine but there will be performance penalties and some features will not work. I recall running IDA Pro 4.30 at Linux RedHat 9.0 box, but at pathetic speed and problems with save IDB.
