Cracking App come with Challenge Code

Hi all,

Could you suggest the tool /steps should be used to crack a software that comes with a challenge code which requires a correct answer code in order to run the application on a (win )machine? Example: Solidthinking, poser.. Thanks

I assume that by "challenge codes" you mean serial numbers. You can "sniff" them (memory echos), you can understand their logic (key generating)... Some may make use of various cryptosystems...
