hi can't download any tutorial attached ! where is the rules please.

You have to be a "Member," which you become after "10 posts of some substance" before you can access the ftp for download or download attachments. "Thank you" posts by those with less than 10 posts are being deleted as post count padding. After you have "10 posts of some substance" you can post "thank you" type statements any time you want.
