Cygwin : Error Compiling Mysql 4.1.7
 

i try to compile mysql 4.1.7 with this conf:
Wixp Xp Pro SP2
The latest Cygwin Component
GCC & G++ 3.3.3-3
Perl 5.8.5-3

i used ./configure --without -server and works.but when using make
command but i got theese error.see this screenshot :

I think that you should specify either --disable-ncurses or --disable-termcap during configuration, at the moment it is trying to use both. I've never tried compiling mysql so I'm not sure. Maybe you should check mysql's mailing lists?

have checked the mailing list.no user report error like theese.will try.i have try with gcc 3.4.1 works fine.because sum reason i need to work with gcc 3.3.3

check config.h, maybe there's a define about ncurses or curses
