Is there exist some documentation about programming HARDLOCK dongles.
I mean something like CRYPTO CARD API reference.

Which API function used when programming masterkeys and dongle data?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but parts of the API documentation for Hardlock can be downloaded from the Hardlock website. You get the full documentation when you order Hardlock as printed handbook and on CD as well. But I would consider the API documentation for the Crypto Card as a trade secret, so I doubt that anybody else than some Hardlock engeneers have it accessible.

hlprog.dll from bistro 1.3 containt all Hardlock low API.
