Softice 4.3.1 on WinXP SP2

Hey Guys
I Installed DriverStudio 3.1 with softice 4.3.1 on a Windows XP SP2
I loaded the symbols of all the components listed in the Winace.dat

My problem is that my system is hanging up whenever I load softice (manually and other start options), after it hangs, I can only run softice (ctlr+D) which runs perfectly (mouse& Keyboard) , and when I type (x) it returns to the (hunged) windows, but then I can only return to Softice

some of my settings are listed below in case it make any use:

Video memory size= 3145 (as I am running under an 1024x768 Res.)
Display Dignostics Message= True
Trap NMI=True
Support Power Management=True
Headless=False
Symbols-> [all loaded]
SoftICE->
Mouse->
PS2, Enhanced
Video->
Universal Video Driver

NOTE:

I've set boot.ini to a "NOGUIBOOT"

Can Anyone tell me what to do to get it work?

This update is only needed if you are using Windows XP - SP2.

If system hang up after updating OSINFO.dat, u'd better check the DS3.2.
