Softice Problem
 

I had some trouble in using softice. I can Ctrl+D to enter softice and exit. But when I set a breakpoint and the breakpoint appear, The mouse and keyboard hungs.

It seems it only appear on Windows XP sp2 and the newer PC with new P4 CPU. I had test to close Execute and HyperThread. But it still appear.

I think it is a normal problem because I had see it on at lease 4 PC, But I cann't find many description about it.

Anyone can help me? :confused:

Do you have the latest OSINFO.DAT files? The ones which come with SoftICE are not SP2 compatible.

Yes. I had update latest OSINFO.DAT but no help.
I close CPU's HyperThread and it now works fine. :(
