Do not post in multiple Forums and this certainly didn't belong in the Frequently Asked Questions Forum. Also do not post stupid polls. They just waste space. I deleted you second and third posts with the stupid polls which just said "help." DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN.

The ExeTools.com tool site works works fine for most of us without asking for Chinese language modules, so the problem probably is coming from your end. First thing to try is to find, and dump any cookie you have associated with the tool site and then try www.exetools.com again. Second may be a problem with your browser and it's language setting. Chinese language support would have to be provided by your operating system, usually Micro$oft.
