Most of the articles/sites covering this story said the group kept out the info about the bit coin limiter stuff and was trying to sell it separately. But other people have already figured out how to bypass it anyway, as well as a new method using resoldered mobile chips transplanted onto desktop cards, as the mobile chips are the same, but don't have the limiter in them.
