Hey!

Thanks for your answer. I wanted to differentiate the project from Abandonware Sites and only share xDelta diff patches for the corresponding games in an attempt to stay legal yet useful. This means you need to „own“ the game and only download and apply the patch. By using Batch Files and xDelta I also want the patches to stay as transparent as possible for the user. You can always check the .bat file to see what it does - no Self Extracting EXE is being used.

All Patches are on Archive here: https://archive.org/details/@xmarksthespot81

If you want to take a glimpse at the upcoming website, check: https://www.dosgame.at

The Website is not finished (most Sitelinks don‘t work yet and not all Patches are uploaded as we speak). Design is not final, but I want to keep it simple.

Which tools do I use: At the moment I use the DOSBox Debugger and Hiew for the most part, sometimes in conjunction with Gametools. For Sierra I use SCI Companion. A friend of mine is building a real DOS PC though for SICE, as some targets are too heavy for an emulated environment.

Keep in mind that I‘m still a Reversing Newbie and still learning a lot.

Let me know what you think.
