Folder icon changer v3 beta:

Changes:
- Added "Ico from dll"
- Added "Extract ico from dll"
- Added "Adjust image towards RGB"
- Added "Old mode" and "New mode" - so in the end user can choose between "New mode" with IconResource and Old Mode with IconFile/IconIndex
one think I can't; properly refresh the icon for folder;
if someone has any idea on how to fix it will be great; I've tried so far SHChangeNotify( 0x08000000, // SHCNE_ASSOCCHANGED...) and "ie4uinit.exe -show"
no effect.
