yet I need the layouts, it's simple:

with inserted CD1, in DOS window you write:

Code:
TREE D:\ > CD1.TXT
(replace d: with your CD drive letter)

do the same with CD2-CD4.
Files CD1.txt-CD4.txt please post here.
