This also annoy'd me for times, the only way which I can tell if a memory breakpoint is still active or not is by right-clicking on the memory location which I setup the breakpoint, then check "Breakpoint" menu item and see if there's a "Remove memory breakpoint" item there, if it's still there I know its active, otherwise its removed.
