There was some solutions with extended temperature ranges (overheating and cooling down to -60 C), combined with incorrect power supply, but you must own many chips - success is in best case 50/50 (i'll not write about the worst case ). However, this solution applies to "f" series devices too.
I'm not tried this method by myself ...

P.S.
As said before, there is not possible to 'skip' security byte, this 'byte' is hardware structure, not a memory location.
