I finished adding the patches to the new version of vBulletin a little while ago and the Board is essentially ready to re-open. I have left a message for a couple of the other admins to take a final check when they check in, usually later tonight, my time, or early tomorrow morining, my time.
Assuming they agree that we are ready, either of them can open it back to the public. You should not really notice anything particular about the "new" version, other than that it will say "version 3.0.5" at the bottom.
