I know about the TCP/IP-protocol and the HTTP-protocol, but sample above is from the HTML-page, and not from any packet- or POST/GET-header.

I know they can easily log the IP, what I care about is this message.

The tag was definately not there before (otherwise my tool would never have worked, cause I formerly did not recognize it for generating the POST-header), and now it is there.

So, have a guess, WHY do they include it now? There's no need for it, as it is transmitted in the background, neither a normal user, nor a user using any "web filter" or "tricky script" would ever see it! You'll only see it, when you go to the downloadpage, where you can click the free button (then your browser generates the POST-header, just like my tool), and have a look at the source.
I can't see any reason, except they want to frighten someone who has to have a look at it for different purposes, e.g. writing some kind of tool...
