For me wasm is up right now, I'm in Russia. Some explanations are here from owner (I guess) of wasm site http://cracklab.ru/f/index.php?action=vthread&forum=2&topic=3954 (in russian). In brief, BHCrew is DDOSing this site sometimes. But sometimes it is up.
