VH is correct. I was thinking mostly about the break on memory range, which does not work on Win2k and WinXP and didn't stop to think clearly about the BPM variety. To make amends I will refer you to a very good discussion on this point on the RCE Messageboard at:

(make sure you change the "hxxp" to Http".)

It is a thread which is titled: "Break point on memory not work?["
and discusses anti-softice techniques which may be used to prevent the BPM from working. That breakpoint is also context dependent, so you must make sure you are in the target program context when you set the BPM. This is explained well in that thread.
