This issue was recently discussed in this thread:

When you have troubles accessing the forum, simply press the f5 button to refresh the loading process. Constantly clicking the thread link you want to view usually does not refresh the loading process. If you still experience problems, you may also try clearing your cookies and cache.

As another user pointed out in the aforementioned thread, you could also try using the opera web browser with its turbo feature enabled.
