GameHouse
I was bored and downloaded a recent GameHouse game and I can't find any working unwrapper for it, do any working generic unwrappers exist?
If not I'll make one when I find time, just wondering if there is one first ![]() BoB |

Are GameHouse still using modified ActiveMARK? They changed from the older inhouse packer when Real Arcade shut down, Zylom was under the same umberella as well at that time, i don't know the state of things these days though.

I remember unwrapping some of GameHouse games before.
I am a fan of mini games. If my memory is correct, the protection is simple. All you have to do is writting back the correct (stolen or encrypted) codes which you can grab from memory. |

They no longer use that wrapper, ZeniX...
It was simple to restore the executable to its virgin state and keygenning them was simple. I wrote a generic keygen that allowed drag-n-drop operation (it read in the game specific string which was used in serial generation/verification) then they went and changed it all around. This was around the time that RealArcade folded into GameHouse and Zylom also dropped their 'in-house' wrapper system for ActiveMARK. They all fall under the banner of RealNetworks, which RealArcade was the face of. Quote:
