recovery problem

hi

I have a 2TB hard disk that used in DVR ( digital video recording )

and save 15 days of 8 cameras film .

an now have data of latest 15 days . but i need data of past 30 days .

means my needed data one time full rewrite with new data .

question 1: is it possible to recover my need data ?

question 2: if possible how to recover ?

every program that use to unrecoverable data rewrite data 6 times or in gutman algorithm 31 time rewrite data .

so i think it is possible to recover data . but maybe this is need special hardware .

anyone have information or link ?
