Is there a tool for substituting a file in NullSoft installer?

I have used 7-zip to explore the installer,
it does not contain the script file such as script.bin or
script.nsi.

So even if I can use 7-zip to unzip all files in the installer,
I have no way to rebuild it.

Is there a tool to substitute a file in NullSoft's installer?
