NuMega.SoftICE.v4.05.for.WinNT - Not Working In Windows 2000 SP3 or 4
i have installed it properly, when i press crtl + d the mouse just freezes and the Softice screen doesnt load.

Can anyone help me please.

Try later version or use different gfx driver.

Softice Driversuite and Compuware DriverStudio contain new versions,

Softice Driversuite 2.7 works well with windows 2000 sp3, but after I have installed windows 2000 sp4, system crashed when boot. Any help?
However Softice Driversuite 2.6 has the same issue.
