What's this thing on the FTP?

I noticed a curious new download resource on the FTP. It concerns about a source code of the SP of w2k3. Is it fake or what?

Downloaded first archive and checked, looks like its 2k3 filenames with 1999-2000 content doing completely different things.

capslockballoontip.cpp

Abstract:

This module implements the File System Device Control routines for Fat
called by the dispatch driver.

Not at all Capslockbaloontip related.

Seems to be the same few files repeated constantly, each one modified to reflect its new filename though.

I guess someone took files from the windows 2000 leak, renamed them to make it look like windows 2003 SP1 source and released it.
