Here's the notes of this build : 
 - debug is the only config that's been tested, others may or may not work

- some paths in configs are hard paths cuz i couldn't be bothered to make environment variables

- by default this version assumes the game is always under x:\gta5\build\dev_ng, and doesn't use an update folder thus update.rpf and update2.rpf just go into the root, and e.g. update\x64\dlcpacks becomes x64\dlcpacks, which is more akin to how rdr2 does it
