go -> http://samair.ru/proxy and try to Find Russia Proxy Servers, set the Proxy then use it

I haven't ever seen Russian proxies on samair.ru - mostly Argentina, Brazil, etc.
Now I see only one there: http://www.samair.ru/proxy/proxy-09.htm

You can try these proxies: http://www.aliveproxy.com/ru-proxy-list/
Lot of working ones!

+ you can use HideIP for selecting Russian proxies automatically
