Hello,
I am looking for a hex editor for creating language localizations that can display Unicode characters in a column of characters: Cyrilici, Chinese characters, etc. I know that this is a matter of the OS, that for example on EN-US Windows, Cyrilice is usually displayed incorrectly, but Heaven Resource Tuner can do it. So my question is: is there a hex editor that can do this? Last edited by kozlof; 02-23-2026 at 10:12. |
