Spyware: Stripper 2.07!?

Today i scanned my PC with a spyware scanner and i found that the SI "loader" included in the Aspr Stripper 2.07 is a
CWS hijack trojan: h**p://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/cws/

Plz clarify if this right or did the spyware software goof
