"File Scanners" & Stuff..

i have a question to day too....

i've googled alot after tools and "File Scanners" lately...
But is it only PEiD that gets updated "often"?
i've only found scanners that are a bit out dated (exept from PEiD) that seems to never gets updated anymore... i whish they did, there are alot of these scanners that are great!
So.. Do you have any good scanners that you would recomend that gets updated often? what is your favourite?
PS: This is Not meant as a request! Just whant to hear other peoples thoughts....
