Wannabe Universal Import Fixer (WannabeUIF)

Hello everybody!

When working on lARP64 I really missed an UIF-like tool for 64bit, so I coded one

Tested on Windows 7 64bit.

I've been using this version for a fair while and it looks fast and stable enough.

Sources included of course
