Advanteges of Code Warrior?

I wanned to known, what is main advanteges of Code Warrior in comparison with MS Visual Studio (6, .Net)?
I'm have been using VS 6 for 5 years... Sou some features of VS.Net 2003...
Agry that Code Warrior is low weigth than VS.Net...

I'm wanted to known opinion of Proffessionals but not Commersants trying to sel Code Warrior... And thir own expiriense in using Code Warrior...
