Slipstreaming Windows with SP2
Hi, the guy next door (really) asked me if I would combine his XP Home and SP2 on an installation CD. OK no problem, done it many times before with XP Pro and no problems.
However, when he tries to install the package it comes up with the enter key box, even though I created a SIF for it. Moreover for some unhnown reason it will not accept his product key (it was made from his original CD) but will take any key from a later release - the M$ one with SP2 included! Any ideas, it's gotten me baffled.
