Encpyted passwords

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DECRPT SERV U INI OR IROFFER ADMIN PASSWORDS. or wat to use to decrpyt either of them it doesnt matter jus Serv u ini password and iroffer admin password
like i mean iroffer pass when u go into dos and go to the direcorty of the root kit and type svhost -c and type the password u want and it encrpts for u and i mean with the servu pass when like u open the Servu.ini and it says user and gives u the login name but the password is encrpted ??? anyone know how to decrpypt them back to their original or wat to use BIG REWARD
