Dump Problem

Hello
i'm trying to dump this program
hxxp://www.nan.sakura.ne.jp/winny/archive/winny/Winny2b3.zip
after dump with some dumpers(i tried Procdump, LordPE DLX, PE Tools), run the dumped file, it shows an error message
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)."
how can i fix this error?
