does anyone can help me on why x64 debuger can't run on my x64 win 7

Was a thread post on software release board and got deleted.

so I open new thread on this board.

my pc is X64 Win 7 ultimate.

I run IDA Pro v6.5 x64 without problem.
I run Mdebug x64 without problem. http://www.mdebug.org
I run cyberbob's BugDbg x64 & ArkDasm without problem.
I run 64-bit Debugger-Visual DuxDebugger without problem.

I run mr.exodia's Debuger x86 and Zer0Flag's Nanomite x86 debugger without problem.

but mr.exodia's Debuger x64 and Zer0Flag's Nanomite x64 debugger can't run.

when click on them. they don't run. and nothing run on task.

mr.exodia' and Zer0Flag both debuger wrote by QT & C++, my pc can run QT & C++ 32 bit, but not run QT & C++ 64 bit.

anyone know why? am I need install any runtime or what file need? like .net frame? or what?
