Fixed Bugs:
[x] Various bug fixes in Loader.
[x] Fixed a rare error occurs sometimes when generating pattherns.
[x] Fixed a crash occurs when patching file restore time.
[x] Fixed a crash occurs when double clicking patch button in skinned patcher.
[x] Fixed error occurs when creating patch.exe in readonly path or
there is a file with same name and its openned.
[x] Fixed error in log window.
