I think he wanted it in a .epub format. Apparently you are right. Not sure how I missed so many copies of it when I looked originally but there are several. I found this here.
It has a .PDF and a EPUB. Also looks like there are several other books that can be of help. If anyone is interested in The Smart Girl's Guide to Privacy-Practical Tips for Staying Safe Online then I got you covered haha
