Do you mean signing the dll's prior to patching them?

I believe he refers to changing the pubkey to match your personal one first and then patching the l_pubkey ...

It seems they kept most of it the same even up to newest version of FNP.

These tools claim they can ECC patch up to 11.13. You can try them.

Is it based on Byte Pattern search ? Combined from different software.

It seems not much has changed in Flexlm. Biggest changes seem to be trusted storage.
